Wife of the late Carl Balzer; Daughter of the late Alexander and Ellen McCulloch Watson. Dear sister of Helen (Thomas "Jim") deGuehery, Margaret (Edward) Raiff and the late Alexander "Sandy" (late Olive), Thomas, Albert (Joan), Archie (Gail) and Robert Watson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
