I first met Neil when I started working in The Ellicott Square Building in 1971. He was always a great one to have a conversation with. Terrific sense of humor and a decent and honest man. I hadn't seen Neil in a while and was saddened when I read of his passing. Another very good one gone. I feel blessed to have known him.
