Skinner; daughter of Wayne and Mary Shields Draves; sister of Edward (Anne) Draves and Marita (Peter) Costolnick; also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and coworkers. Kathy was a longtime social worker at McAuley Resident, Kenmore, NY.
