Of North Tonawanda, NY December 20, 2017. Beloved husband of 61 years to Patricia J. Bush Partsch; dear father of Deborah (William) Fatta, Gary (Duyen), James C., John (Kelly) Partsch and Renee Caple. Also survived by 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; brother of Charlotte (late Joseph) Stamrack, Sister Dolores Partsch SSJ, Janet Walylko, Charles (Judith) Partsch, Laverne (late John) Beckett, Terrance (Sheila) Partsch and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at D. LAWRENCE GINNANE FUNERAL HOME, 3215 Delaware Ave., Kenmore Friday 5:00-7:00 PM. All are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial from Our Lady of Czestochowa RC Church, Oliver St. at Center Ave., North Tonawanda Saturday at 9:30 AM. Please meet at church.
Memorials to Niagara Hospice House, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport 14094 are preferred. Robert is a US Navy veteran serving during the Korean War Era and is a General Motor retiree of the Forge Plant, Tonawanda, NY. He also volunteered at the No. Tonawanda Food Pantry and the Herschell Carrousel Museum for many years.
