Husband of the late Margaretta Yvonne Boerschig Hoover; beloved father of Mark (Elizabeth) Hoover and Tracey (John) Callari-Roberts; loving grandfather of nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; brother of the late Robert (late Anna); dear friend of Mary Ann Nelson; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
