Beloved husband of Catherine Diebold Flanagan; dear father of William (Holly), Kevin (TreAnn), Marybeth (John) Doherty, Thomas (Amy B.), and John (Amy L.) Flanagan; loving grandfather of Ryan, Brooke, John “JJ”, Colin, Patrick, Callie, Declan, and Nolan; brother of James (late Mary Lou), Jerome (late Mary Jo), Michael (Sharon) Flanagan, and Marcia (late Kevin) Mugridge; family friend of Bonnie and life-long friend of Jacque, Don, and Gordy; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the URBAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 6685 Transit Rd. (south of County and North French Rds.), Swormville on Friday from 3:00 - 8:00 PM. All are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary RC Church, 6919 Transit Rd. (north of County Rd.), on Saturday at 10:30 AM. Please meet at church. Interment Clarence Center Cemetery.

Bill was an Army, Korean War Veteran.
