Beloved husband of 50 years to Martha Lloyd Kirk. Dear step-father of Barbara (late Douglas) Sefried and the late Richard L. Shiesley; loving grandfather of Rachel, Sarah and Katie Sefried; brother of the late Kay Eckwert; also survived by many nieces.
Al was the proprietor of Niagara Awards, a trophy and engraving business in Kenmore, NY and a member of the Brighton Men's Golf League.

A private service will be held.
