Bernard J. Kane

KANE - Bernard J., III  “Bucky”
Of Kenmore, NY, was a caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. An avid gardener and backyard farmer, Bucky had a love for playing in the dirt and seeing what would grow. He died peacefully at the Hospice Garden Facility of Buffalo, NY, on June 17, 2021 surrounded by loved ones.

Beloved husband of 47 years to his wife Ruth May Kane; supportive and caring father of Kellie (Robert) Mathieson and Kate (Elizabeth Koelmel) Kane; proud Papa of Makenna and Maddox Mathieson; brother of John Kane, the late Philip Kane, and the late Cathy Anderson. Buck is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Bucky was a retiree of the Town Of Tonawanda Highway Department and co-proprietor of Seeley & Kane's Cards and Comics of Kenmore.

All are invited to a Chapel Service at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM.  Please meet at cemetery office.
