Of North Tonawanda, NY Beloved wife of 50 years to Stephen J. Golyski; Daughter of the late Charles V. and Helen Dyrek Kane; Dear sister of Arlene (Rick) Kane Pierce, Diane Kane, Ronald (Laura) Kane and the late Charles G. (Sandra) Kane; Aunt of Jeff (Shelby) Kane and Melinda (Fernando Zamora) Kane.

Friends may call at D. LAWRENCE GINNANE FUNERAL HOME 3215 Delaware Ave. Kenmore Monday (3/9) and Tuesday (3/10) 2-6 PM. All are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Christopher’s RC Church 2660 Niagara Falls Blvd. Tonawanda (near Ellicott Creek Park) Wednesday at 9:30 AM. Please meet at church. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Carol was a Medical Technologist from Rosary Hill College, had a Masters Degree in Health Services Education from U.B. She taught at Erie and Niagara Community Colleges, Daeman University before joining Biotechnical and Clinical Laboratory Sciences at U.B. She served as Clinical Education Coordinator and as Medical Technology Program Director at U.B. and at V.A. of WNY Health Care System, where she was 5-time recipient of Clinical Faculty Award for Outstanding Contribution. She retired from U.B., in retirement served E.C. Public Health Labs as a Microbiologist. She was also Past President of the ASCLS and Past President of AAUW staying active in professional organizations and in her community, while serving the Catholic Community of the Tonawanda's as a Eucharistic Minister and Mass Server.

Memorial contributions to Macular Degeneration Foundation (eyesight.org) or American Heart Association (heart.org) are preferred.
