Of Buffalo Beloved husband of 55 years to Maureen McElroy Parks; Dear father of Clifford J. (Jennifer) Parks Jr., Timothy M. (Sally) Parks, Kevin P. (Mary) Parks; Loving Grandfather of Jordyn, Donovan, Emersyn, and Lily Parks; Brother of Elizabeth (Robert) Schaefer, Eugene (Tammy) Parks, Eileen (Robert) Pfeil, Kathleen Warsocki and the late Samuel Parks, late Margaret (Dennis) Schaefer; also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
