Husband of the late Patricia A. Filbert Murphy; beloved father of Nancy Hartman, Theresa “Terry” (Timothy) Schmidt, David L. Murphy Jr., Peggy Murphy; stepfather of Gary (Karen), Ray, Mark (Vicki), Lynn and Robert Garcia; loving grandfather of eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brother of Patricia (late Dr. Joseph) Ruh; predeceased by six brothers and two sisters; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at D. LAWRENCE GINNANE FUNERAL HOME, 3215 Delaware Ave., Kenmore, on Wednesday (November 13th) 4:00 - 7:00 PM.  All are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s R.C. Church-Chapel, 6919 Transit Rd. (corner of Stahley Rd.), Swormville, on Thursday at 10:00 AM (please assemble at the Church Chapel). Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
