Of Buffalo, NY Beloved husband of 39 years to the late Jeanne Vigneri Jowsey; dear father of James (Mary), Kelly A. (fiancé Anthony), Dennis, Jr. (Jennifer) and Patricia A. Jowsey; also survived by 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews; Brother of the late Joseph Jowsey.
