HENDRICKS – Duane H.

May 30, 1939 – June 23, 2026

Of Amherst, NY formerly of Kenmore, NY Beloved husband of 63 years to Althea Torsleff Hendricks; Dear father of Andrea (Dean) Reinhart and the late David Streeter Hendricks; Loving Grandfather of Andrew, Lauren, and Daniel Reinhart; Brother of the late Lewis (Suzanne) Hendricks; also survived by nieces and nephews.

Duane is a retired Industrial Arts teacher, grades 8-12, in the Niagara Falls School System.  He was a golf, bowling, and fishing enthusiast. He was also a woodworking and stained-glass artist. He and his family enjoyed many summers at their family-owned cottage at Popham Beach Maine. 

Friends may call at D. Lawrence Ginnane Funeral Home 3215 Delaware Ave, Kenmore, Wednesday (7/15/2026) 3:00 to 6:00 PM. All are invited to a Memorial Service at Kenmore United Methodist Church 32 Landers Rd at Delaware Rd., Kenmore Thursday (7/16/26) 11:00AM. Final resting place Oak Grove Cemetery, Bath, ME.
