Wife of 52 years to the late Howard B. Phillips.  Dear mother of Brian V. (Lora) Phillips and Kevin S. Phillips; loving grandmother of Julie and Matthew Phillips; sister of the late Mary (late John) Vanderheid and late Margaret “Peg” (late LeRoy) Townsend; also survived by nieces and nephews. 

A private cemetery memorial service will be held at a later date.
