Of Kenmore, NY April 7, 2021 at 96 years after a short illness.

Daughter of the late  James and Theresa Flaherty Devine.  Sister of the late Edward James (late Ruth) Devine; dear aunt of Carol Ann (James Clyde) Wagner; grand aunt of J. Clyde (Steven Tetz) Wagner and James Christopher Wagner.  All are invited to a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at St. Paul’s RC Church Delaware Ave. at Victoria Blvd. Kenmore, Tuesday (August 17th) at 10:00 AM.  Final resting place Mt. Olivet Cemetery

Elaine was named National Secretary of the Year in 1962 by the National Secretaries Association. On retirement Elaine Devine held the position of Assistant Vice President of TICOR Title and Guarantee Company Ltd, in addition she was a St. Paul’s Church Sodality Member and president of St. Paul’s Senior Group.

Memorial contributions to St. Paul’s Church Building Fund, 33 Victoria Blvd. Kenmore, NY 14217 are preferred.
