Predeceased by his loving wife Anne Kolenko Polen. Dear father of Jennifer Polen, Karen Draves, Mary K. (fiance David Warren); Loving grandfather of Sean, Charlie, Jake, Jon, Alex, Annie, Stephanie, Tommy, Abby and James; Great-grandfather of Katherine, Ari, Liam and Lily.

Relatives and Friends are invited to a Memorial Mass at St. Paul's RC Church 2930 Delaware Ave (at Victoria Blvd.) Kenmore Saturday (July 16th) at 10:00 AM. Please Meet at Church.
