Beloved husband of the late Nancy; dear father of Daniel (Judy) Clear and Scott Clear; brother of Marie (late Martin) Buker and the late Yvonne (late Mike) Guido; fond grandfather of Carly Buker and Patrick Clear (Amanda Reagan) great-grandfather of Lily Clear and Gianna Reagan. Private Service were held at the convenience of the family. James was a retiree of the Lackawana Fire Department and a Air Force Veteran.
