Husband of the late Jean Coughlin Davis and former husband of Patricia Haberer Davis; Dear father of James (Mary), Glenn (Sandra), Mary, Edward (Linda), Michael (Carol), Andrew, Patricia (Charles) Sperrazza, Barbara (Brian) Rosati, William (Rosanne), Timothy (Pamela), Deborah Davis and the late Robert J. Davis;  Loving grandfather of 17 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; brother of the late Elizabeth (late Gordon) Russell, late Dorothy Davis, late Geraldine Liston; also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

All are invited to a Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Peace RC Church 10950 Main St. (at Davidson Rd) Clarence, NY Friday (Dec. 1st) at 10:00 AM. Please meet at church. Interment WNY-National Cemetery Corfu, NY. 

Called “Big Jim” by his children’s friends, Jim was greatly loved. Jim was the Patriarch of 12 children and one of the Greatest Generation, serving in the Pacific in World War II at age 17 and afterwards furthering his education on the GI Bill.  Then he became President of J M Cranz corporation raising his children in Kenmore and Williamsville.
