Beloved husband of Deborah Whelan Watkins; loving dad of Sherry (Ben Hasfurter) Holtz, James (Melissa), and Timothy (Kim) Holtz; loving stepfather of Heidi Marie Gulisano, Daniel, Michael (Mark Licciardella), and William Panaro; grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; Brother of Susan (David) Bedford, Michael (Jackie) Watkins, JoAnne Stringer, Kimmy (David) Watkins, late Richard (late Barbara) Pixley and late Linda Scholl; also survived by nieces and nephews.
