Devoted husband of Janet Doze Hayek; loving father of Michael Jr. (Margaret), Richard (Dawn), Jonathan (Sharon) and Victoria Hayek; grandfather of Skyla, Nathan, Carson, Matthew; great grandfather of Isaiah.  Brother of Elaine M. Hayek and the late Rita (Roy) Eberle, George (Constance), Virginia and Louis Hayek; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
