Husband of the late Nancy L. Kolb Lobaugh; dear father of Richard P. “Ricky” Lobaugh, John (Cari) Lobaugh; loving grandfather of Ava and Matthew. Brother of Howard (Karen), Deidre Lobaugh, James (Debra) and John (Judy) Lobaugh. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
All are invited to a Memorial Service at Church of the Advent-Episcopal, 54 Delaware Rd., Kenmore, Monday (June 6th), at 10:00 AM. Please meet at Church. Entombment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
