Of Tonawanda Twp. NY, April 13, 2021.

Beloved husband of 55 years to Mary Ellen (nee Nocera)  Zirnheld. Devoted father of Robert (Rita); Mark (Jennifer) and Audra Zirnheld;  grandfather of Andrew Zirnheld; brother of Jerome (Kimiko); Joseph (Mary Lou); Richard (Suzanne); Patricia Dunn; Michael (Peggy) and Peter Zirnheld, also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Robert loved his family and was quick to help out anyone who needed a helping hand. For many years he volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America, the Blessed Sacrament Athletic Club and was a Bingo worker at the Knights of Columbus in Kenmore. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved to camp and fish with his family and friends. He is a retiree of Linde/Union Carbide/Praxair where he worked for 46 years.  

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass Saturday June 19th at St. Andrew’s RC Church, Kenmore at 9:30AM, please meet at church.  Final resting place Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Blessed Sacrament Athletic Club, 1045 Colvin Blvd, Buffalo NY, 14223.
