Wife of 68 years to the late Francis M. O’Connor; dear mother of Kathleen (Marvin) Scheer, Mary Patricia (V. Paul Jr.) Harper, PhD and Thomas M. (Janice Wilson) O’Connor, CPA; loving grandmother of Sarah (Dave) Smith, MD, Elizabeth (Vel) Radinovic, William “Bill” Scheer, PharmD., Sean, Clay Matthew, Emma O’Connor and seven greatgrandchildren; daughter of the late Otto Edward and Anna Krieger Grupp, Sr.; sister of Ann (late Raymond) Steffan, Catherine (late Robert) Steffan and the late Alice (late Edward) Miller, Ethel (late Vincent) Shanahan, Otto Jr (late Pearl), John (late Janet), Joseph (Margaret) and Mary Grupp; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Rosemary was born May 20, 1926 in Buffalo NY to Otto and Anna (nee Krieger) Grupp. She graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy High School in 1946. On June 25, 1949, she married the love of her life Francis (Fran) Martin O’Connor in Buffalo NY. They were married 68 years.  Fran and Rosemary moved to Florida after Fran retired, but enjoyed traveling to visit family and friends across the country, spending much time in Arizona and Buffalo NY. Rosemary was a very active in her church.
